Questek Transit Technologies (QTT) is South Africa’s preferred supplier of intelligent, interoperable passenger transport systems.
With an 85% market share in the passenger bus industry, Questek has for the past 20 years been producing solutions that withstand the demanding and challenging African transport environment. Software is custom developed to conform to the relevant Department of Transport’s unique requirements and hardware is . These highly versatile electronic ticketing machines can be used on buses, taxis, trains and metro systems and yield a wealth of information regarding revenue and passenger performance data. The systems manage revenue by cash and contactless smart card. The range of products is easily adapted to provide either basic or fully integrated ticketing systems capable of being extended to keep pace with the customers’ requirements.
